Changes in version 3.0 (12/2005):

Added compatibility with IIS 6.0 on Windows Server 2003 and other systems.
Added Settings Wizard.
Streamlined UI which allows for easier administration and changing default settings for new sites created by IIS.
Added ability to send an image as the 404 entity when CustomError detects the request was for an image.
Added rules file feature allowing for easy redirection of requests for URLs known to generate a 404 error.
